These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revenue Guard service and wolvexgroup.com.au website operated by Wolvex Pty Ltd ("Wolvex", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Revenue Guard is a revenue leak detection and recovery system for trade and service businesses. The service includes automated follow-up workflows, missed call response, quote follow-up, no-show recovery, repeat client reactivation, review request automation, and a weekly revenue recovery report.
The service is delivered via GoHighLevel (GHL) and connected integrations. Setup requires access to your existing phone number, calendar, and/or inbox as agreed during onboarding.
You must be at least 18 years of age and operating a legitimate trade or service business in Australia to use Revenue Guard. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

We will complete your Revenue Guard setup within the agreed timeframe following receipt of required access and information.
Revenue Guard is provided on a monthly subscription basis at $297 per month (or such other price as agreed in writing). Subscription fees are:
If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend your service until payment is received. Continued non-payment after 14 days may result in termination of your account.
You may cancel your Revenue Guard subscription at any time by providing written notice to us via email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful conduct, or misuse the service.
You agree to use Revenue Guard only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of automated communications (SMS, email) to your customers complies with all applicable laws, including obtaining any required consents.
All intellectual property in the Revenue Guard system, workflows, templates, copy, and website — including but not limited to software, design, text, and branding — is owned by Wolvex Pty Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own business purposes during your subscription.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Important: Revenue Guard is designed to detect and recover revenue leaks, but results vary depending on your business type, volume of enquiries, lead flow, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Any figures shown in our marketing materials (such as the example Weekly Revenue Recovery Report) are illustrative only and not a promise of results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolvex's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of Revenue Guard is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have services remedied if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Revenue Guard operates using third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Twilio, and others. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of those third-party services. Downtime or changes to third-party platforms may affect the operation of Revenue Guard without constituting a breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email or via notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreements between us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wolvex relating to Revenue Guard and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
